Rescheduling & Cancellation Policy

We require 48 business hours' notice to cancel or reschedule. Late changes forfeit your deposit; a new one is required to rebook. We are closed Sun/Mon. Messages sent after hours or on days closed count as the next business day.

VERY IMPORTANT - Pre-procedure instructions will be sent via text and email. Failure to follow these instructions may result in rescheduling your appt, your deposit will be used as a cancellation fee and a new deposit must be made to reschedule.

Service Refund Policy

Due to the fact that your approval is obtained prior to final selection of color to be implanted and design application(s), that all facts about cosmetic tattooing have either been disclosed or discussed with you, and that you have been given full opportunity to have any and all questions answered, we employ a No Refund policy.

Retail Refund / Exchange Policy

It is our pleasure to provide you with a store credit within fourteen days of a retail purchase if the product remains sealed, unopened, and unused. Open items are considered contaminated therefore ineligible for returns or exchanges. Conditionally, open products may be returned for a store credit should you have an adverse reaction. However, this is contingent upon an additional scheduled consultation to review product usage and home care regimen.
